BETTER YOU MAGNESIUM FLAKES 250G

Magnesium bath flakes are a highly concentrated form of magnesium supplementation, designed to be added to bathwater or footbath. It is dissolved in the bathing water to relieve symptoms.

Soaking in a magnesium-rich bath helps promote relaxation and soothe tired and aching muscles. Usage

Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.

Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intensive experience.
