It contains 28 Pregnacare vitamins, mineral tablets plus 28 Omega-3 capsules, and greater care for before conception through all of pregnancy. It provides a wide range of essential vitamins and minerals including the exact recommended level of 400 g folic acid. It includes folic acid, vitamin B12, and zinc to support neural tube development and cell division early in pregnancy.

Usage

One tablet (green blister pack) plus one capsule (pink blister pack) per day, with the main meal. There is no need for an additional multivitamin.
