This vegan friendly microbiome supplement is a pleasant tasting powder and can be taken either directly or mixed into a cold drink or food. DIRECTIONS
ADULT INITIAL DOSE: Take 1 teaspoon a day for 3 days, increasing to 2-3 teaspoons as required.
MAINTENANCE DOSE: 1 teaspoon per day.
CHILDREN FROM 2 YEARS: Take half a teaspoon per day for 3 days increasing to 1-2 teaspoons as required
