Lurasidone is indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults and adolescent aged 13 years and over.
Dosage
Schizophrenia
40mg PO qday. Do not exceed 160mg/day initially.
Bipolar depression
- Indicated as monotherapy for adults with major depressive episode associated with bipolar 1 disorder (Bipolar depression)
- 20mg PO Qday initially. The dosage may be increased if necessary but not to exceed 120mg/day.
