HEALTHAID VITAMIN K + VITAMIN D3 TABLETS 30’S

It is a combination of essential fat-soluble vitamins. Vitamin K1 and D3play an important role in the structure, integrity, and maintenance of healthy bones and are required for blood coagulation. Vitamin D3 contains both types of vitamin K (K1 & K2), which are not derived from soy. Vitamin D3 helps regulate the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorous in the body.

Usage

Recommended dosage: 1-2 tablets daily. Preferably to be taken with a meal.
