Erovita H-pylori Strip antibody WB

Erovita H.pylori Antibody Test Strip is a rapid chromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of antibodies to H.pylori in whole blood, serum or plasma to aid in the diagnosis of H.pylori infection. This test strip may be used to help determine the cause of ulcers in the stomach or duodenum or to assess the cause of chronic gastritis.

Usage

Step i) Open the sealed pouch by tearing along the notch, remove the test from the pouch. Step ii) Lay the strip flat on a clean, dry, nonabsorbent surface , draw 30ul whole blood into the sample pad. Step iii) Draw one drop of buffer(Sodium Chloride) into the sample pad as well. Step iv) Wait for colored bands to appear.Read results within 15 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.

Results interpretation

Negative: Only one color band appears on the control region.No band appears on the test region. This indicates that there is no detectable anti-HP in the sample.

Positive: Distinct color bands appears on the control and regions test.Both test line and control line indicate that the specimen contains detectable amount of anti-HP.

Invalid: No visible bang at all or only one colored band appears on test region, this is an indication of a possible error in performing the test. The test should be repeated using a new device.
