Description
Advil Liqui-Gels are a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is used to relieve pain and fever. They are available over-the-counter and come in a variety of strengths, including 200 milligrams (mg).
Advil Liqui-Gels are typically taken by mouth and can be swallowed whole or crushed. They are absorbed into the bloodstream quickly and can provide relief within 30 minutes.
Advil Liqui-Gels are used to treat a variety of conditions, including:
- Headaches
- Backaches
- Muscle aches
- Toothaches
- Menstrual cramps
- Joint pain
DOSAGE
12 years of age and older:1 capsule every 1 to 6 hours while symptoms persists.
- If pain or fever does not not respond to 1 capsule, 2 capsules may be used.
- Do not exceed 6 capsules in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor.
