It is also used as an antiseptic as it has been shown to kill bacteria. Tea tree oil should only be used on the external skin surface only. It should not be applied to an open wound.

Some of the most common side effects include itching, redness and blistering. It may also aggravate the severity of eczema.
Usage
This is a topical application for external use only.To avoid irritation,dillute with two parts of pure glycerine.
