How It Works:

Letrozole is an aromatase inhibitor. It reduces estrogen levels by blocking the enzyme aromatase, which is responsible for converting androgens into estrogen. Lowering estrogen levels helps shrink hormone-sensitive tumors and slow cancer progression.
