It is effective for the control of fleas and ticks in medium breeds of between 10 and 20kg.It contains 2 active ingredients namely; fipronil and and S-methoprene. Fipronil attacks the fleas nerve cells, causing them to feel disorientated and hyperactive before they fall over and die.S-methoprene methoprene is used as an insect growth regulator, putting an end to the life cycle of the flea by interfering with the eggs production and larval growth.It lasts for 30 days and it should be applied monthly.
