Composition:

ABOUT OSTEOARTHRITIS
Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most prevalent of the chronic rheumatic diseases and is a leading cause of pain and disability. The prevalence of OA is further expected to increase due to increasing aging population and higher rate of obesity. The conventional pharmacological treatment of OA with painkillers such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) often relieves symptoms.Most common painkillers prescribed for pain relief include ibuprofen(brufen,ibumex) ,Diclofenac(diclomol sr,Voltaren,voltfast,olfen),celecoxib (celebrex,celcoxx,cox B) and others. However,most of these painkillers in particular NSAIDs cause serious side effects such as peptic ulcers and hepatic or renal failure.
