These nursing pads have a high absorbency and are leak-proof. The inserts are reusable and can easily be washed in the washing machine. The inserts come with a washing bag, which makes machine washing more gentle.
Usage
Put on your bra then slide or gently place the pad over your nipple, between your bra and breast, return your bra strap to its natural place. Before you put on your shirt, make sure your breast pad is still aligned with your nipple. If it isn?t, simply reposition the pad to help prevent wet clothes, leaks and irritation. Remove your breast pads as often as you need.
